Click!
We recorded the click tracks on Friday and Saturday – and all went well. We actually finished ahead of schedule, so happy people!
Tickets are selling well. Rehearsals are going great. Our chorus and children dancers are doing brilliantly. Fab principals. This is going to be a fun panto!
Readthrough
A great day yesterday with the company, reading through the panto script – checking songs, and discussing technical aspects of the show. We have a great bunch of talented singers and listening to our principal boy (Steve Leeds) and girl (Sophie Massie) singing was just a pleasure!
Off we go!
We have our script readthrough this Sunday! Really looking forward to having the whole company together for the first time. Exciting!
Update
Script complete and out there. Meeting with Musical Director done. Meeting with Costume hire companies done.
Our cast
We are delighted to announce that Steve Leeds from Go!Go!Go! (as seen on Nick Jr) will star as The Prince.
Supporting Steve, Snow White boasts Tony Howes as Dotty the cook. Tony was the original Adrian Mole in the West End, he took over from Roy Castle in the Tommy Steele production of Singin’ in the Rain, he has appeared in countless TV shows including Midsomer Murders, Emmerdale and Doctors. BBC 3 Counties Radio’s Ernie Almond will play Horace the henchman, alongside local singing sensation Sophie Massie as the gorgeous Snow White and St Albans based actress Jill Priest as the Wicked Queen. Chris Law returns once again to play the hilarious Muddles. They are joined by dancers from Harpenden & St Albans’ The Dance Studio.
